Easter is a wonderful holiday - celebrating Jesus' resurrection and creating special memories with our family.
Of course, it wouldn't be Easter without lots of sugar, cavity filled treats in the Easter basket and plastic eggs. Filling the eggs with gluten-free goodies is pretty easy with the variety of gluten-free treats available. From M&Ms to Tootsie Rolls to Hershey Kisses to Peeps - Jack is enjoying all of them!
Hi Kelly---
ReplyDeleteI just wanted to say how happy I was to meet you this past weekend. I neglected to get your email address, but would love to keep in touch. Lots of love to you and your little guy. xoxo

Hi Stephanie! It was lovely meeting you as well! I would love to keep in touch! :) I've been looking over your cookbook and I'm excited to get cooking! Tonight, I'm not cooking in the crock pot, but we are going to have mushroom swiss burgers w/out the bun, red potatoes, roasted kale (for me, no one else likes it) and then corn on the cob. It's a good start, right? I love that my husband's on board with whatever I do - he's ready for gluten-free cooking as well. I'm going to have him go through your book and pick out what sounds delish to him as well.
ReplyDeleteHappy Cooking! :)
Kelly
