Gluten-Free Thanksgiving Please

With Thanksgiving less than a week away, I thought it would be in my best interest to start thinking of a menu!! Unfortunately, Jack may not try anything, but I want to get in the practice of making a gluten-free Thanksgiving Dinner because one day, Jack won't be so picky, right?! Let's hope...
So, what does this entail? Welllll, let's take a look at some favorite traditional Thanksgiving dishes and see if we can find yummy alternatives!
First, Thanksgiving traditional dishes that ARE gluten-free:
Mashed Potatoes
Cranberry Sauce
Sweet Potato Casserole
Now for traditional dishes that AREN'T gluten-free, BUT will be by the time we are done :)
