New Year - New Gluten-Free Dishes

2012 is here! It's time to step up my game and try some new gluten-free dishes!  I'm sure most of you have heard of Pinterest - it's a place where you can find everything you love! From food to fashion - it's awesome!  Well, I've fallen in love with Pinterest and have found some great new dishes that I'm very excited to try gluten-free! Let's be honest, we can easily search gluten-free dishes, but let's take some and make them gluten-free ourselves!

My goal in 2012 is to eat gluten-free as a family.  I think Jack would be willing to try more foods if his family was eating the same meal as well.  The recipes below are ones I found on Pinterest as well as some I found myself and pinned (it's a Pinterest thing).

  1. Thanks for the tips! Have only made the cinnamon roll cake so far, and it was scrumptious, so looking forward to trying the others when I have time...
