Gluten-Free Banana Nut Bread

Homemade gluten-free banana bread - warm and delicious! Super easy to make. Do you have a few ripen bananas and Pamela's Baking and Pancake Mix? Well then, let's get started!

Banana Bread
(Recipe is from Pamela's)

Preheat Oven to 350.

Beat together the following ingredients:

4 Tbsp. of Melted Butter
1/2 C. of Sugar or Honey
2 eggs beaten
1 C. Banana
(I used 2 1/2 bananas)

Add the remaining ingredients and mix.

1 - 3/4 C. of Pamela's Baking and Pancake Mix
1/4 t. of Salt
1/2 t. of Vanilla

1/2 C. of Nuts (optional)

Pour mix into greased loaf pan.

Bake 40 minutes. When toothpick comes out clean, loaf is done.

I'm happy to say that my first gluten-free banana nut bread was a success!  I was so pleased with the taste and moistness of the loaf - it was delish! Thanks Pamela for the recipe - you make gluten-free baking fun and easy!

  1. We love the Pamela's recipe's for banana bread, pumpkin bread and coffee cake! Try adding a handful of blueberries to the banana bread if you like blueberries. It's wonderful. (I used to make a Pillsbury banana-blueberry bread before my daughter was diagnosed so that's where the idea came from.)

  3. Expel whatever you used to keep the salt set up and flip around the toaster to shake free the salt and any morsels or different trash that may have been released. bread machine recipes
