Gluten-Free Roll & Cut Sugar Cookies For Valentine's Day

I was so excited to try Pamela's NEW Sugar Cookie Mix!! I ordered two bags through Amazon this past week and made a package of them last night! They are SOOOO GOOD!

Let me show you how easy it is to make and bake these!

I love Pamela's colorful packaging!

Preparation Time: 20-30 minutes
Bake Time: 8-10 minutes

Makes about 18 cookies, depending on how thin you roll out your cookies.

What You Need:

1 Package of Pamela's Sugar Cookie Mix
1 Egg
1 Stick of Butter (softened)
Parchment Paper
Rolling Pin
Cutters

Step 1: Pre-Heat Oven to 350

Step 2: Soften butter in bowl / Add Mix / Add Egg - begin mixing with a mixer or utensil. I ended up using my hands to bring the dough together.

Step 3: Place dough on parchment paper.

Step 4: Place another piece of parchment paper on top and begin rolling out the dough.

Step 5: Peel off parchment paper and begin using your cookie cutters.

Step 6: Place on cookie sheet - I also lined the cookie sheet with parchment paper. And place in oven for 8-10 minutes. Always start at 8 minutes - you don't want to over bake - when they brown just a little on the bottom edges, they are done.

Step 7: 8 - 10 minutes later, they are done and placed on the cooling rack.

Step 8: Then it's time to decorate!! Yummy Valentine's Day Cookies ready to devour!!

I will use this mix over and over again to make sugar cookies - it's easy, tasty and fun to make and bake!

I'm never disappointed when I use Pamela's products - she has made gluten-free baking so easy and at the same time great tasting! Thank you Pamela! I'm looking forward to trying your NEW Oatmeal Cookie Mix too! :)
