National Pretzel Day (Gluten-Free Style)

Being that today is National Pretzel Day, I thought I would share with you why we LOVE Glutino's Gluten-Free Pretzels!  Soon after finding out Jack had celiac disease, it was hard finding gluten-free snacks - there were cookies, cookies, cookies, but we needed something different.

I came across Glutino's Pretzel Sticks. With Jack LOVING peanut butter, I introduced the pretzels by having him dip them in peanut butter. He loved it! From then on, the pretzel sticks became our go to for a lite lunch or snack in the afternoon. So I always have Glutino's Pretzel Sticks on hand as well as peanut butter - the kid LOVES peanut butter!

BUT, I needed something Jack could have without getting messy with peanut butter...I mean, he'll eat the pretzel sticks by themselves, but he prefers to dip them if he can. AND THEN IT day while walking through the store, I came across Glutino's Yogurt Covered Pretzels.  Just what we needed! Jack is a HUGE fan of these. It doesn't matter what the other kiddos are having - it could be goldfish, animal crackers or cereal, but Jack is perfectly content with his yogurt covered pretzels!

They have another covered pretzel option...Glutino's Fudge Covered Pretzels. Of course Jack LOVES these too! Possibly more than the the yogurt ones, but there's something about giving him the yogurt covered ones that makes me feel like I'm giving him the "healthier" option. ;)

So there you have 3 fabulous pretzel options - BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE! Glutino also has Pretzel Twists and Pretzel - Sesame Rings! We've had the pretzel twists, but we haven't had the Sesame Rings.  I'm thinking Jack may not be a big fan of the sesame seeds, but I think his Dad and I can find a way to enjoy them - I'm thinking some hummus would pair well with these!

It's like a PRETZEL PARTY!  I say for National Pretzel Day, Glutino has it covered with their variety of gluten-free pretzels. Now get to dippin', crunchin' and munchin' on your favorite Glutino pretzels today - I know Jack will - probably the Fudge ones...

Happy National Pretzel Day!
