Gluten-Free Corn Dog Mini Muffins - YUM and FUN!

                                                                                         

You can totally have corndogs!! Better yet, how about corndog muffins?! Thanks to Pamela's Products Gluten-Free Cornbread Mix we whipped these lil' babies up in no time! And boy, were they TASTY!


Following Pamela's Corndog Muffins recipe, we had these this past week and shared with our neighbors and their kiddos LOVED them!



     You Will Need:

1 Package of Pamela's Cornbread Mix
1 Stick of Butter Melted 
2 Eggs
1/3 C. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 C. Water
Hot Dogs - 2 packages
Mini Muffin Pan(s)
This recipe makes: 60 - 70 corndog muffins


Step 1:  Preheat oven to 375.
Step 2:  Mix ALL ingredients except for hot dogs.
Step 3:  Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full.
Step 4:  Cut hot dogs about 1/2 inch thick and place in middle of muffin cup.


Step 5:  Top with shredded cheese if desired and bake for 15 minutes.


Step 6:  15 minutes later, these puppies are ready!


Step 7:  Enjoy! Serve with your favorite dipping sauces: Ketchup, BBQ or Mustard.


These are great for birthday parties, family gatherings 
or just a quick lunch or dinner for the fam!
