Pillsbury GLUTEN-FREE Cookie Dough - Hit or Miss?

Pillsbury's NEW GLUTEN-FREE COOKIE DOUGH! 

I came across the cookie dough (cost: $5) in the dairy section of the grocery store where you usually find the other Pillsbury biscuits, croissants, etc. My husband said, "Hey, look at this." So, I'll give him the credit for finding it. :)

I surprised Jack and his sister this past Friday after school with these - they've had a great first couple of weeks of school and I wanted to give them a special treat for their hard work!


So let me show you what it looks like:

A TUB OF GLUTEN-FREE COOKIE DOUGH!

PREHEAT OVEN to 350.

Spoon cookie dough onto tray - it says bake to 11-13 minutes, 

but it was more like 8-10 minutes in my oven - so start watching them 

around 8 minutes...

10 MINUTES LATER: 

Where's the milk?! Time for a yummy treat!

AND GUESS WHAT? 

After making 12 cookies, I still have plenty left for this week!

I would say the tub provides 20-24 cookies -

depending on how big you make them.

Overall Verdict:

They're a HIT! 

They taste great, they're convenient and easy 

to find at the grocery store. 

And lastly, Jack approves!  

So, we'll be buying these again for sure!
