This shrimp dish turned out fabulous and I'm excited to share with you how easy it is to make.
1 1/2 C. White Rice
(I used Lundberg Organic Basmati Rice)

1 lb. Thawed Uncooked Shrimp or Fresh Shrimp - Peeled and Deveined
Veggies (frozen or unfrozen) - Red Pepper, Carrots and Red Onion
1 TBSP of Olive Oil
1/3 to 1/4 C. of San-J's Sweet and Tangy Sauce
Super EASY Directions:
Step 1:
Saute' veggies in olive oil over medium heat. Cook until the veggies are tender, but still crisp. Then add uncooked shrimp to veggies.
Step 2:
Cook Shrimp for 7 minutes or until the shrimp becomes firm and pink in color.

Step 3:
Add San-J's Sweet and Tangy Sauce. I say 1/3 to 1/4 C. depending on your desired taste.
Step 4:
Serve over rice & ENJOY! A super easy shrimp dish to satisfy your taste buds.
