"Simple" Tips to Living Gluten-Free

I know it can be difficult when you are first diagnosed with celiac disease...

It can STILL be difficult after 5, 10, even 20 years of living a gluten-free lifestyle in a world full of gluten, BUT, I am here to tell you, you got this! I promise, you can do it.

Having to eat differently is not an easy feat. But, I hope I can provide some tips to help you on your way and to make things a little SIMPLER for you.

5 "Simple" Tips To Living Gluten-Free

1)  FOCUS ON WHAT YOU CAN EAT, NOT WHAT YOU CAN'T.
     SEEK OPTIONS, NOT LIMITATIONS.

2)  STICK TO THE OUTSKIRTS OF THE GROCERY STORE.
FRUIT, VEGGIES, DAIRY, POULTRY, BEEF AND MORE.

3)  FIND A GROCERY STORE WITH A LARGE HEALTH/ORGANIC SECTION.
LARGER THE SECTION, THE BETTER VARIETY OF GLUTEN-FREE
     PRODUCTS.

4)  FIND GLUTEN-FREE PRODUCTS THAT YOU CAN TRUST TO KEEP YOU
     SAFE FROM CROSS CONTAMINATION.
LIKE PAMELA'S, WHERE THEIR PRODUCTS ARE MANUFACTURED
     IN DEDICATED GLUTEN-FREE FACILITY.

5)  SURROUND YOURSELF WITH PEOPLE THAT SUPPORT YOUR GLUTEN-
FREE LIFESTYLE AND UNDERSTAND THAT TASTE MATTERS.
LIKE PAMELA'S, SHE'S BEEN DOING THIS FOR 28 YEARS!

To show our support and to help make things a little simpler, Raising Jack and Pamela's have teamed up to giveaway Pamela's Simple Bites!
