ReplyDeletei used to love making the mexican cake wedding cookies aka russian tea cakes aka...a lot of names for a simple nut short bread. i haven't made them years. I would do chocolate chip, double chocolate chip, coffee, butter, mincemeat pie cookies, then i made tea flavored shortbreads.

ReplyDeleteI love baking Gingerbread Houses! I never knew that until my daughter pushed me to be brave this year...we made a GF one from scratch...it turned out so great that we decided it just has to be a new holiday tradition.
