Jack's favorite time of the day...

Here's a list that will provide your kiddo with some treats to keep on hand for school, special treat after dinner, take over to a friend's house for a sleepover, birthday parties at school, grandparent's house, etc.

 Snacks that are naturally GLUTEN-FREE:
(Always look at labels to confirm, but for the majority, these products are gluten-free)
  • Fruit - Apples or Bananas w/ Peanut Butter or dipping strawberries in yogurt
  • Veggies - celery sticks with peanut butter or carrots and celery w/ GF dressing
  • Pudding Cups/JellO-Cups
  • Fruit Snacks (Betty Crocker brand, most others are GF)
  • Applesauce cups/pouches
  • Yoplait GoGurts or Greek Yogurt with Fruit
  • Popcorn
  • Fritos
  • Cheetos
  • Lay's Potato Chips
  • String Cheese
  • Pirate's Booty
  • Variety of Nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts) - check labels for honey roasted
  • Trail Mix (Chex Cereal, peanuts, dried fruit, GF pretzels, chocolate chips)
  • Pumpkin Seeds and Sunflower Seeds
  • Tortilla Chips and Salsa
  • Raisins or Dried Fruit
  • Chex cereals
  • KIND Bars

Ready to eat GLUTEN-FREE Cookies/Snacks: (you will find these products in the "organic/health food" section of your grocery store or "gluten free" section).
